Last week, San Francisco’s Hardly Strictly Bluegrass revealed the first round of its 2019 lineup. Now, the event has unveiled a second wave of artists who will perform at the free event in Golden Gate Park October 4 – 6.
The festival added 10 artists in its newly announced second round, namely Tanya Tucker, Nikki Lane, Sierra Hull, Hot Buttered Rum, Mdou Moctar, Black Joe Lewis & the Honey Bears, Daniel Norgren, John Craigie and Buddy Miller & Dirk Powell with Stuart Duncan. These genre-spanning music acts join The Milk Carton Kids, Calexico and Iron & Wine, Dakhabrakha, Hayes Carll, Jackie Greene, Meat Puppets, Bettye LaVette, Margo Price, Steve Earle and The Waterboys on the bill.
