Last month, Sigur Rós launched “Route One,” a 24-hour “slow TV” live broadcast. The broadcast was a trip along the entirety of Route 1, a road that circles around Iceland. Now, the band have shared a time-lapse video from the broadcast. It’s directed by Tomas Örn Tomasson and set to their single “Óveður.” Watch it below. The video follows the band’s interactive video project with London’s Tate Modern, “States of Matter,” and the official music video for “Óveður.” Sigur Rós are currently on tour; find their upcoming dates below.
