Desiigner Rapping ‘Panda’ Into a Megaphone Is as Brooklyn as It Gets

For now, it’s looking like “Timmy Turner” — the sung hook disguised as an XXL Freshmen freestyle — will be Desiigner’s successor to his No. 1 hit “Panda.” Until that drops as an official single, there’s his mediocre mixtape New English and this excellent video of Desiigner performing “Panda” on a megaphone. It happened during a basketball game at a Brooklyn community park on the anniversary of our nation’s independence. The crowd’s excitement ranges from anguish (he is interrupting a basketball game) to immediate joy.

Desiigner also spent the long weekend increasing tensions between himself and Future. The teenager trolled once more by performing DJ Khaled’s “I Got the Keys,” which features Jay Z and Future, at Atlantic City’s Premier Nightclub. Check out footage of that scene below.
