Ten years after her debut solo album, Fergie will return with a follow-up entitled Double Dutchess. The songstress is kicking off the hype with her new single “M.I.L.F. $,” the bass-heavy successor to her last lead-in single “London Bridge” (which impressively topped the Hot 100).
“M.I.L.F. $” is a clear shot at Billboard-topping relevance, boasting production from Polow Da Don and a hook designed to be infectious: “You got that milk money/ I got that, I got that, I got that MILF money.” Because MILF money is where it’s at.
Notably, Fergie Fergz tried to produce a banger with YG’s help on 2014’s “L.A. Love (La La),” probably in an attempt to capitalize off My Krazy Life’s momentum. That single flopped, but the beat on “M.I.L.F. $” might be sinewy enough to stick.
