Earlier this year, Ciara sued Future, her former fiancé, for alleged slander and libel. Future responded with a countersuit, which he dropped last month, reportedly after being granted joint custody of their son. Now, Ciara has filed new legal documents in her defamation lawsuit, TMZ reports, pointing out murderous threats she believes Future has made against her current fiancé, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson.
They include an Instagram post featuring two football emojis with guns pointing at them, and Future’s recent track “Juice,” (from his new mixtape with DJ Esco, Project E.T. Esco Terrestrial), in which he raps, “Tryna fuck my baby mama, dog what’s up with you? You gon’ make me get that heat, I’m pulling up on you,” according to TMZ. In the documents, Ciara describes Future’s behavior as “frightening” and “socially irresponsible … where there has been a recent rash of gun violence,” TMZ reports.
Ciara’s initial lawsuit against Future demanded $15 million in damages. Her complaint cited interviews and tweets in which Future seemed to challenge her mothering skills. She also contested his tweets about his access to their child.
